WITHIN
A Short Film Within is an intimate psychological drama that explores the battles we often fight in silence. The story follows Emma, a young woman determined to outrun the struggles she carries within herself. As she searches for escape, she is confronted with a difficult truth: no matter how far she runs, some things cannot be left behind.
“ I WAS BORN INTO FILM… EVERYTHING ABOUT WHY AND WHO I AM TODAY STARTED WITH THE PASSION OF CREATING FILMS. I CAN NOT DESCRIBE THE APPRECIATION FOR THE LIFE I LIVE WITHIN WHERE I CAN CREATE. This is something that i will never stop ”
THE DAY BEFORE YESTERDAY
The day before yesterday, I made my first short film.
It was the moment I realised I was capable of creating something of my own. That feeling is a big part of why I created Nifty Films — to help other people have that same moment, to make a first film and realise they can do it too.
The Day Before Yesterday follows Dave on Christmas morning as he moves through the familiar routine he knows best. The coffee is made, the house is quiet, and everything feels normal. But beneath the stillness is an absence that cannot be ignored.
This film is where it all started for me.
